Michael Fannon began his career in the criminal justice system in 1978 when he became one of the youngest law enforcement officers in the State of California. During his time in law enforcement, Michael worked as a patrol officer, narcotics officer, field training officer, firearms instructor, use of force instructor, and patrol sergeant.
Michael left law enforcement after eight years to complete his education and attend law school. During law school, he worked as a private investigator and contract legal researcher for several law firms in Sacramento.
Since graduation from law school in 1992, Michael has worked in various legal jobs including six years as a legal trainer for judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys and police investigators in Afghanistan as part of the United States Department of State Rule of Law training programs. Michael has represented thousands of clients in every conceivable type of criminal case from misdemeanor DUI cases to felony homicide cases.
